Howmac

Howmac is an investment holding company for stocks and bonds.

It was incorporated in 1989, and now has some 200 shareholders.

Its initial activities included turning around companies in difficulties and maximising their value on subsequent disposal.  It became an investment holding company on a change of management, some five years after inception.
