Charles Gillams

Charles A R Gillams brings a wide ranging equity based corporate finance experience gained in the City of London during the 1980s and early 1990s with the Swiss Bank Corporation.

He has invested in, turned around and exited from quoted companies, achieving high returns for all shareholders.

As chairman or chief executive of quoted companies he has researched, executed and integrated many acquisitions and disposals in the UK and also the USA and the Far East.

He has extensive corporate valuation and investment experience as an advisor to a investment company.

He has experience of local planning, transport and waste development matters, and has served as a County Councillor in Gloucestershire.

He has a degree in Economics from Cambridge University
and is a Chartered Accountant.
